Job Title: Program Manager II - Editorial Engagement Specialist
Location: Remote (must be available to work EST/NYC time zone hours)
Contract Length: 12 months
Pay Range: $50 - $55 per hour (W2)

Overview:
We are seeking a Program Manager II - Editorial Engagement Specialist to join our team. This role is focused on developing and executing strategies that drive engagement with a global retail audience. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in marketing, internal communications, training, and content strategy, with the ability to innovate and refine engagement experiences across multiple digital channels.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and sustain strategic frameworks to engage internal audiences worldwide.
• Refine and optimize communication, training, and content strategies across various platforms and tools.
• Perform data analysis to track engagement and use insights to inform future content strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners and cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Design and implement strategic plans for new engagement formats.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and attention to detail.

Key Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, training, education, or employee engagement.
• Proficiency in using analytics tools to track and improve content engagement.
• Understanding of social media best practices and/or SEO concepts to optimize content visibility and readership.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships.
• Exceptional organizational and project management abilities, with a flexible and detail-oriented approach.
• Awareness of digital trends and innovative approaches to content and audience engagement.

• Remote role (aligned with EST/NYC working hours)
• Pay range: $50 - $55 per hour on W2
