Russell Roofing and Exteriors is an award-winning company with 34 years of experience. We’re looking for a hardworking Roofing Foreman to join our team and work on diverse projects across the Greater Philadelphia area.
The Role
Managing a two to three person crew on residential and commercial jobs. You’ll be responsible for high-quality craftsmanship, fulfilling contract requirements, and ensuring our customers are happy. Projects range from neighborhood homes to historic churches, using materials such as shingles, slate, metal, and tile.
Requirements
- Experience: Looking for 3 to 5 years of hands-on installation experience.
- Skills: Experience working with various roofing types including slope, flat, skylights, flashing, and/or metal fabrication.
- Basics: Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check, drug test, and physical.
Pay & Perks
- Pay: $30 - $40 per hour (based on experience).
- Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week) with optional overtime.
- Benefits: Health, dental, vision, and 401(k) (after 90 days).
- Extras: Paid holidays, PTO (after 1 year), and a phone stipend.
