Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate administration of medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Ensure residents' health status is monitored and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Conduct assessments and develop individual care plans tailored to each resident's needs.
- Provide information to residents' families.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance the quality of care provided.
- Educate residents, families, and staff about health management and wellness strategies.

Qualifications
- Valid nursing license in the state of practice.
