Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Real Estate Agent role based in Strongsville, OH, with some flexibility to work from home for administrative and client communication tasks. The Real Estate Agent will prospect for new clients, build and maintain relationships with buyers and sellers, and guide clients through the full real estate transaction lifecycle. Daily responsibilities include conducting property showings, preparing and presenting offers, negotiating terms, and coordinating inspections, appraisals, and closings. The role also involves staying current on local market trends, maintaining accurate records in company systems, and collaborating with office staff and other agents to support a smooth client experience. Agents are expected to attend in-person meetings, trainings, and community or networking events as needed.

Qualifications
- Active Real Estate License in the state of Ohio, or the ability to obtain one within a specified timeframe.
- Strong foundation in Real Estate and Real Property principles, including familiarity with contracts, disclosures, and local regulations.
- Demonstrated Sales skills, including prospecting, lead follow-up, pipeline management, and closing transactions.
- Excellent Customer Service abilities, with strong communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfort with technology, including MLS platforms, CRM tools, electronic signature software, and virtual meeting tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to manage time independently in a hybrid work environment.
- High ethical standards, professionalism, and a commitment to fair housing and equal opportunity practices.
- Previous real estate or related sales experience is preferred but not required; training and mentorship may is available for new and experienced agents.
