Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert guidance throughout the transaction process.
- Conduct property showings and open houses to attract potential buyers or tenants.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote listings across various channels.
- Negotiate offers and counteroffers to achieve favorable terms for clients while maintaining professionalism and integrity.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate markets, property values, and legal regulations including real estate law and Fair Housing laws.
- Manage administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, listing agreements, and other documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Comply with all legal requirements related to real estate transactions and ethical standards.
Experience
- Prior experience in real estate sales is preferred but not required; training will be provided for qualified candidates.
- Demonstrated skills in negotiation, marketing, sales, and customer service are highly valued.
- Knowledge of real estate administrative processes, legal regulations, and organizational skills is advantageous.
