Job Summary
Provides technical nursing care through treatment and education of patients in accordance with Registered Nurse and physicians' treatment plan.
Minimum Qualifications
Education
Completion of accredited LPN program of 13 to 24 months
Experience
None required
Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registrations
Current Licensed Practical Nurse license or temporary LPN License with ABON. BLS within 90 days of hire
Equipment, Tools, Work Aids
Office machines, computer terminals, patient therapeutic equipment, pyxis machine
Specialized Knowledge and Skills
Knowledge of appropriate patient population, growth and development
