Job Summary:
Performs various tasks related to cleaning and sanitation. Washes pots/pans/utensils/dishes according to established procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory agencies. Collects and disposes of trash and garbage. Keeps work area neat and clean. Does daily and weekly cleaning following cleaning schedules. Handles and stores food and supplies according to guidelines.
Hours: Full time with benefits
Monday-Friday 6:30am-3pm
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED
- Six months in food related area preferred.
- Licenses, Certification and/or Registrations: None
- Equipment, Tools, Work Aids: various kitchen equipment
- Specialized Knowledge and Skills: None
