Position Overview:
We’re looking for a Field Service Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing CNC equipment at customer sites throughout the Northeast region. This is a hands-on position that requires technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and strong interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install and commission CNC machinery at customer facilities
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical and software issues
- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
- Provide exception customer service and technical support
- Accurately document service calls and reports
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience servicing CNC machinery or similar equipment
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Must be flexible and open to travel (Monday - Friday) throughout the Northeast, including overnight stays
- Valid driver’s license required
