Russell Landscape is seeking skilled, motivated, and hard-working Crew
Members to join our commercial landscape maintenance team. If you take

What You’ll Do:
- Work on a professional landscape maintenance crew serving
commercial properties
- Perform high-quality maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming,
edging, mulching, planting, pruning, and more
- Assist with loading/unloading equipment and materials, keeping tools in
top shape
- Follow directions from Crew Leaders and ensure job sites are clean,
safe, and complete
- Occasionally support commercial construction or enhancement projects
- Take pride in creating beautiful, well-maintained outdoor environments
What You Bring:
- At least 1–2 years of commercial landscape experience preferred
(but we’ll train the right person!)
- Ability to operate mowers, blowers, trimmers, and other landscape
equipment
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability
- A team-first attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Valid driver's license is a plus
