???? What You'll Do:
- Lead, supervise, and motivate a crew of landscape professionals, assigning tasks and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Manage daily operations including scheduling, equipment upkeep, and material planning for commercial properties.
- Ensure all maintenance work—mowing, trimming, planting, mulching, and more—is done to the highest standards.
- Build strong client relationships, addressing concerns and ensuring total satisfaction.
- Estimate labor and materials for upcoming projects and keep things running smoothly and efficiently.
- Monitor crew performance, coach team members, and drive excellence in every detail.
- Operate landscape equipment and occasionally assist with commercial construction projects.
???? What You Bring:
- 3 years of commercial landscape maintenance experience
- Proven leadership and crew management skills
- Strong knowledge of turf, plant care, and commercial maintenance techniques
- Skilled in operating a wide range of landscape equipment
- Clear communication, strong organizational skills, and a positive, problem-solving attitude
- Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions
