Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure inventory and outbound product quality, and drive continuous improvements in efficiency, organization, and safety. Reporting directly to the President, this role requires a hands-on leader who can manage staff, develop and implement operational strategies, and collaborate across departments to meet key business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure quality control of inventory and outbound products.
- Maintain, organize, and continuously improve warehouse storage and product organization.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and achieve company goals.
- Maintain and enforce all safety procedures and protocols.
- Collaborate with other department leads to support deliverables and operational objectives.
- Lead, manage, and develop warehouse staff to meet productivity and performance targets.
- Prepare reports and provide updates to the President regarding operational metrics, inventory, and team performance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in warehouse management, logistics, or operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of inventory control, quality assurance, and safety protocols.
