Role Description The Training Facilitator is a full-time, on-site role based in Springfield, MO. This position is responsible for delivering engaging and effective training sessions for retail and support team members, using a variety of instructional methods such as classroom training, workshops, and small-group coaching. The role includes preparing training materials, coordinating training schedules, and ensuring content aligns with company standards, policies, and performance goals. The Training Facilitator observes and evaluates participant performance, provides feedback and coaching, and collaborates with leadership to identify training needs and refine programs. Daily tasks also involve maintaining accurate training records, supporting new hire onboarding, and contributing ideas to improve learning experiences and employee development.

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Training Facilitation and Training to effectively lead sessions and engage diverse learner groups.
- Candidates should possess skills in Training & Development to design, deliver, and continuously improve learning programs and materials.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Coaching skills to provide clear instruction, constructive feedback, and ongoing support.
- Relevant experience in retail, wireless, or customer-facing environments is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives.
