Compensation
Compensation includes a $17.16 per hour base rate plus uncapped commission. While average earnings are up to $23.00 per hour, there is no cap on commissions, allowing high performers to increase their earnings beyond the average.

What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Wireless Specialists to exceed sales and service expectations.
- Drive store performance through hands-on leadership, coaching, and accountability.
- Meet your own personal sales goals while helping your team achieve store objectives. The Store Manager remains an active seller and customer-facing leader.
- Recruit, interview, hire, train, and onboard new team members.
- Manage scheduling, inventory, cash handling, and daily store operations.
- Resolve escalated customer concerns and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment.
