Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide an outstanding service experience.
- Build estimates and explain repairs clearly and honestly.
- Recommend maintenance and repairs with integrity.
- Communicate with technicians throughout the repair process.
- Keep customers informed from check-in to vehicle delivery.
- Schedule appointments and manage workflow.
- Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation.
- Help achieve shop sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Qualifications:
- Automotive service advisor experience required.
- Strong communication and sales skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Experience with Tekmetric is a plus.
- Valid driver's license.
