What are the responsibilities and job description for the Installation Coordinator position at Russ Hadick & Associates, Inc.?
Russ Hadick and Associates have partnered with a reputable building services company in the Loading Dock and Overhead Door Industry. Candidate will Lead or assist in all aspects of installation of new equipment for the Columbus, OH branch.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule work for Subcontractors
- Provide Labor dollar amount to Subcontractors
- Maintain Ops margin for scheduled work
- Work with Subcontractors to complete required job training/screening
- Scheduling installation projects
- Communicate to customers on schedule and availability of installation
- Forecast jobs as well as start date and duration
- Assist with pre-job site checks
- Assist with jobsite meetings
- Assist with Subcontractor growth and development
- Assist with Sales and Ops labor discussions
- Assist with reporting to contractors for daily work upcoming installations
Experience:
- Mechanical and Electrical knowledge
- Computer proficiency (including Excel)
- Communication and collaborate with cross functional departments
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Organization/attention to detail
- Effective time management skills
- Ability to multi-task & prioritize
Salary : $25 - $35
