Russ Darrow Waukesha Kia is seeking motivated and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our team! With a newly remodeled facility and our new general manager, Jonathan Brown, leading the store, this is an exciting time to get in and grow with a dealership that’s building momentum. 
With excellent training, ongoing support from our Management Team, and one of the most aggressive pay plans in Wisconsin — paying on both front and back end gross — the Russ Darrow Group offers a sales environment where your effort truly pays off.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help identify the vehicle that best fits their needs
• Explain vehicle features and demonstrate operation during test drives
• Guide customers through a proven sales process designed to close deals
• Present pricing, explain financing options, and complete required paperwork
• Follow up with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
• Prospect for new customers and build your personal book of business
