Automotive Service Technician

Russ Darrow Metro CJDR is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as an experienced Dodge Ram Promaster service technician!  As our commercial and fleet service business continues to grow, we are building a team of skilled technicians who specialize in servicing high-roof cargo vans, work vans, and commercial fleet vehicles.

We’re looking for an experienced Dodge Ram Promaster Technician who knows commercial vans, understands high-mileage fleet demands, and takes pride in getting the job done right the first time. If you have strong diagnostic skills and experience working on ProMaster vans, this is your opportunity to join a growing team with steady work and room to advance.

What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose and repair Ram ProMaster gas and diesel vans

• Perform engine, transmission, brake, suspension, HVAC, and electrical repairs

• Troubleshoot complex drivability and electrical concerns

• Complete preventative maintenance for commercial fleet units

• Follow manufacturer repair and warranty guidelines

Must Have Qualifications:

• Strong teamwork skills and a passion for learning.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience working in a dealership setting, preferably on fleet vans.
• Manufacturer or ASE certification a plus.
