Requirements

Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers and dealership staff in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and provide accurate price quotes and vehicle-specific parts information
- Process parts payments and ensure accurate billing
- Fulfill customer and technician orders from available inventory
- Input parts orders for daily shipment, delivery, or customer pick-up
- Track all incoming and outgoing parts to maintain accurate inventory records
- Locate and source parts when items are out of stock
- Use parts catalogs and manuals to identify the correct parts by vehicle make, model, and year
