RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversees the daily work activities of the business office.
- Assists Controller with production of financial reports; ensures that the reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles and financial reporting standards including balancing and reconciling accounts.
- Provides office support when needed to assist clerical staff with assigned administrative duties.
- Full cycle payroll processing while ensuring compliance with federal, state and local tax regulations.
- May handle or assist with discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
- Assist Department Managers as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3 years prior Automotive Dealership Office Manager experience.
- Possess experience with car deals, licensing, GAP remittances, cancellations, A/R & A/P.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Superb customer service skills with the proven ability to resolve customer service issues and ability to follow through entire process with customer.
- Professional, demonstrates initiative, resourceful, strong problem-solving skills with customers and employees.
- Strong organizational expertise and an attention to detail.
- Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office and efficient typing and writing skills.
