Responsibilities
- Advise clients on a wide range of real estate transactions focusing on acquisitions, sales, financing and leasing.
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial real estate contracts.
- Conduct thorough due diligence on corporate documents, deeds, mortgages, titles, and surveys.
- Oversee transactions from inception through closing.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in general and commercial Real Estate.
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic performance; high class rank preferred.
- Admission to the New York State Bar.
- Excellent writing, research and communication skills.

Target Hiring Range: $130,000 - $160,000. Actual compensation will be determined by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, experience, education/training, and relevant skills.
