Role Description
This is a full-time or part-time, on-site role in South Lyon, MI for a Registered Nurse. The Registered Nurse will provide patient care within a structured environment and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create and implement individualized treatment plans. Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring patient health, assessing withdrawal symptoms, ensuring safety, and providing education on wellness and recovery. The role supports evidence-based approaches and requires compassionate engagement with patients in all stages of recovery.
Qualifications
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Michigan
- Strong clinical skills, including medication administration, health monitoring, and managing withdrawal symptoms
- Ability to provide compassionate patient care and maintain a therapeutic environment
- Experience in addiction treatment, behavioral health, or medical-surgical care preferred
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Ability to manage crisis situations calmly and efficiently
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required)
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (preferred, though not required)
