Rushmore Management is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our incredible team. The ideal candidate should possess at least 3 years of property management experience.
Our company is in its second decade of premier property management with real estate and management holdings across the mid-Atlantic region. We are seeking a professional, ambitious, and growth-oriented employee to fill this position. The candidate will be responsible for the direct management oversight of assigned multifamily residential property. The goal is to maximize customer satisfaction, asset value, and revenue.
Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 per year
Property Manager responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of assigned property
- Oversee and lead property’s personnel and assess their performance
- Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards
- Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants
- Negotiate leases/contracts with prospects/contractors in a timely and reliable manner
- Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants
- Collect receivable accounts and handle operating expenses
- Accomplish financial goals and report periodically on financial performance
- Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities
Property Manager requirements:
- Proven work experience as a property manager
- Fully understanding property management and its financial aspects
- In-depth knowledge of rules and regulations surrounding property management
- Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software
- Customer focus and bottom-line orientation
- Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills
- Well-organized with excellent time management skills
