Rushmore Management is seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to join our incredible team. The ideal candidate should possess at least 2 years of leasing experience.
We are seeking a professional, ambitious, and growth-oriented employee to fill this position. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication skills. The goal is to maximize customer satisfaction, property efficiency, tenant quality of life, and teamwork.
Salary: $20.00-24.00 per hour Commission
Leasing Consultant responsibilities:
- The Leasing Consultant will manage all aspects of the leasing process, including managing the leasing office, tours, leasing apartments, preparing lease paperwork, and assisting to ensure a smooth move-in.
- Greet clients, assess needs, answer questions, and provide tours of the apartments and community.
- Process applications, and prepare and review lease agreements and renewals.
- Respond to in-person, phone, and email inquiries, which include providing leasing information, making appointments, and creating and following up with maintenance requests.
- Receive deposits and rent money, and record appropriately.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist all clients with a positive and friendly tone.
- Assist the property manager in all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations
Leasing Consultant requirements:
- Working experience in property management/ real estate
- Proven track record of successful leasing/management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Persuasive with marketing and sales skills
- Customer service orientation, Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely and organized manner.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
