Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in preparing high-quality dishes in a busy brunch environment, with attention to detail, timing, and cleanliness. You'll be responsible for preparing ingredients, executing dishes to spec, and maintaining kitchen standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook dishes from scratch according to recipes and presentation standards
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of your station
- Ensure food quality, freshness, and portion control
- Assist with prep work and closing duties as needed
- Work efficiently in a high-volume kitchen, especially during peak brunch hours
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with the kitchen and front-of-house team
- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
- Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in a professional kitchen (brunch experience is a plus)
- Strong knife skills and understanding of cooking techniques
- Ability to follow recipes and plating guidelines precisely
- Excellent time management and multitasking under pressure
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
