Role Description The Personal Injury Intake Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Albuquerque, NM. This position is responsible for answering incoming calls and inquiries from potential clients, gathering essential information about incidents, and accurately documenting facts in the firm’s intake systems. The specialist will conduct initial screenings to assess case viability, explain the firm’s services and processes, and schedule consultations or follow-up contacts as needed. Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills, including the ability to speak clearly, listen actively, and show empathy to injured clients and their families.
