Role Description The NM - Pre-Litigation Case Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Albuquerque, NM. This position manages personal injury cases from intake through pre-litigation resolution, including gathering facts, obtaining medical records and bills, and maintaining detailed case files. The Case Manager will communicate frequently with clients, providers, insurance adjusters, and attorneys to track treatment, answer questions, and provide case updates. Qualifications
