HR IT Applications Manager – Oracle HCM Cloud
Location: Millsboro, Delaware, United States
Hybrid Role – Up to 75% Remote

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR IT Applications Manager with strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud and Kronos (UKG) Workforce Management solutions. This role will provide leadership, governance, and operational oversight for enterprise HR technology platforms while partnering closely with HR, Operations, and IT leadership teams.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical experience with Oracle HCM Cloud modules, Redwood UX, and workforce management systems, along with strong people management and project leadership capabilities.

Manage and optimize Kronos (UKG) Workforce Management solutions including:
Timekeeping
Scheduling
Labor Tracking
Serve as the primary HR technology consultant for business and IT leadership teams.
Drive adoption and optimization of Oracle Redwood User Experience (UX).
Oversee support, configuration, maintenance, and operations of HR applications and integrated third-party systems.
Manage integrations between:
Oracle HCM
Kronos/UKG
Payroll systems
Downstream enterprise applications
Lead and mentor IT application support teams.
Manage vendor relationships, procurement activities, and service providers.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives.
Ensure projects follow SDLC standards and project management best practices.
Contribute to HR technology governance and long-term strategy.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
5 years of experience managing technology teams.
5 years supporting enterprise business applications, preferably HR and workforce management systems.
3 years of people management experience.
Hands-on experience supporting Kronos (UKG) Workforce Management solutions.
Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle Redwood UX.
Strong project management and leadership skills.
Experience working within enterprise SDLC environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
