This role will support a variety of tasks, such as data entry, payroll, onboarding, offboarding, basic reporting, and managing HRIS data. This role is also responsible for assisting with some Chicago Office tasks.What You'll Do:People and Culture Administrative Support:Update and maintain employee HRIS information and filesManage new hire background check processSupport employee onboarding and offboarding proceduresRespond to employee email and Slack inquiriesPrepare basic reportsAd-hoc requests as defined by the Lead Team, People OperationsOffice Administration:Manage and coordinate aspects of office related tasks in Chicago (I.e., key cards, restocking, mail, etc.)Perform other administrative duties and projects as neededWhat You'll Bring:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred1 years in a professional work setting preferredStrong verbal and written communication skillsSolid interpersonal and customer service skillsExcellent attention to detail and ability to organizeStrong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and prioritizeCan multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment #LI-REMOTE This role spans a wide breadth of experience at Rush Street Interactive, welcoming candidates with diverse experiences, backgrounds, and locations.
