Rush Rubbish is hiring two working foremen to lead cleaning and rubbish removal crews on construction job sites in Brooklyn and the Bronx.
What you'll do:
- Lead a crew doing construction cleaning and rubbish removal on active construction sites
- Make sure the crew follows the project manager's directions and the job gets done right
- Keep the customer happy - walk the site, catch problems before they do
- Keep the crew on schedule and report progress to the manager
What we're looking for:
- Bilingual English/Spanish - required
- SST and OSHA - required
- Must have WhatsApp
- Proven leadership skills: you've run a crew before and things got done
- Experience in construction cleaning, rubbish removal, or similar field work
- Reliable, hands-on, and comfortable being the person in charge on site
Full-time, 2 openings. $20-$25/hr based on experience.
