Position:Physical Therapist -Pelvic Health

Location: Logan Square | 2569 W Fullerton Ave, Chicago, IL 60647 Compensation: $90,000-115,000 annually, based on years of experienceIncentive: Student Loan Repayment Program Available

RUSH Physical Therapy is seeking a compassionate, driven Pelvic Health Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team in Chicago’s vibrant Logan Square neighborhood. This unique role blends pelvic health and orthopedic care, offering the opportunity to grow your expertise while making a meaningful impact on patients’ lives. 

You’ll become part of a collaborative team of five skilled clinicians who treat a diverse patient population, including orthopedic conditions as well as both male and female pelvic health diagnoses. The clinic space is over 3000 square feet with a free parking lot.  Together, this team is committed to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care in a supportive and growth-focused environment. 

You’ll also join a nationally recognized network of specialty-trained pelvic health clinicians, dedicated to advancing care standards and improving access to high-quality rehabilitation.

What We’re Looking For 

  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Active Illinois PT license (or eligibility)
  • CPR Certification
  • Passion for pelvic health and delivering exceptional patient care

Responsibilities

  • Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
  • Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
  • Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
  • Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

Qualifications

  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school 
  • Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
  • CPR certification
