About Rush Pallets
Rush Pallets is a well-established pallet manufacturing and recycling company serving customers throughout the Southeast. We are seeking a highly organized, intelligent, and driven individual to work directly alongside the owner as an Executive Apprentice.
This position is ideal for someone who wants a front-row seat to how a successful business operates. Working directly with the owner, you will gain hands-on exposure to leadership, operations, customer relationships, sales, finance, and strategic decision-making.
You will contribute across every area of the company while helping solve problems, improve processes, execute key initiatives, and support the company's continued success and growth.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities will vary from day to day and may include:
- Tracking projects, priorities, and follow-up items
- Managing email and communications
- Assisting with customer inquiries and quotations
- Supporting operational and administrative initiatives
- Conducting research and solving problems
- Building reports and systems that improve visibility and accountability
- Ensuring key priorities, commitments, and action items stay on track
- Driving implementation of new processes and improvements
- Assisting with special projects as needed.
Qualifications
