Qualifications
- Previous basketball coaching experience required
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the program
- Commitment to developing players' skills, character, and love of the game
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Lead and support all aspects of the Rush-Henrietta Girls Basketball Program
- Foster a culture of excellence, sportsmanship, and team unity within the girls' program and in collaboration
- Collaborate with other coaches within the program to ensure consistency and development at all levels
with a statement of interest or any questions.
