Position Summary: The Patient Care Technician II performs a variety of clinical and environmental tasks under the direction of the Registered Nurse. The Patient Care Technician II duties are of a technical nature requiring specialized training and skills. The Patient Care Technician II demonstrates the ability to care for patients of all ages in the clinical setting.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Education: High school diploma/GED preferred
- Associate’s Degree/Clinical Certification preferred or comparable Copley experience.
- Certifications: CPR Required
- CNA certification preferred
- Crisis Prevention Institute Training preferred (CPI)
- Telemetry class within one year of employment
- Special Skills: Bilingual (Spanish) abilities highly desirable
- Experience: Previous experience preferred
