Rush Fun Park in San Antonio, TX is looking for one supervisor to join our 4 person strong team. We are located on 6301 Nw Loop 410 Suite 200. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and reliable.

Responsibilities
- Work with General Manager to achieve goals and targets
- Manage daily payroll spending budget
- Create and distribute employee schedules in a timely manner
- Motivate staff keeping them on task and assisting when needed
- Field customer complaints and find a solution to ensure a great experience
- Open and/or Close the business and be the main point of contact for all operations on a daily basis
- Supervise upwards of 40 employees in different areas of the business at any one time
- Count cash tills and perform cash audits to catch potential theft
- Ability to work in multiple different roles and be a leader for others
Qualifications
- Experience working as a supervisor
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen effectively
- Ability to train and lead a team to success
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Previous entertainment center experience a plus.
