Responsibilities:
- RTL Rental unit files must be detail oriented and maintain files daily.
- Make reservations and do paperwork to check rental trucks in and out, including thorough physical damage inspection.
- Maintain rental customer list with up to date credit files and insurance certificates.
- Maintain lease customer mileage reports, obtain end of month mileage readings.
- Prepare and print proposals for GM/Sales dept.

Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Three years’ clerical/admin experience or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
