Yacht Club General Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Club Manager to oversee the daily operations of our club. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and driving sales initiatives. This role requires strong leadership skills, Food and Beverage experience, organizational abilities, and a passion for creating a positive environment for both employees and members.

Duties

• Lead and manage club operations to ensure a high standard of service and member satisfaction.
• Conduct employee orientation and training programs to foster team development.
• Implement effective sales management strategies to achieve club revenue goals.
• Maintain inventory control and manage retail math to optimize product offerings.
• Foster a positive team culture through effective leadership and team management practices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while promoting a safe environment.
• Utilize phone etiquette skills to handle member inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with staff to develop promotional events that enhance member engagement.

Experience

• Proven experience in a managerial role within a retail or service-oriented environment is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Experience in marketing or related fields is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a focus on team management and motivation.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
