Duties
- Work alongside our landscape crew during outdoor projects, planting, hardscape installation, and grounds maintenance.
- Coordinate construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget.
- Operate company vehicles and landscaping equipment such as, mini skid steer, skid steer, and mini excavators safely and efficiently across various job sites.
- Identify plants accurately to guide planting decisions and maintain healthy landscapes.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed on-site; conduct regular safety inspections and promote a culture of safety among team members.
Qualifications
- Strong team skills in a fast paced and hard-working environment
- Extensive outdoor work experience with knowledge of lawn care, landscape maintenance and hardscape installation.
- Skilled in plant identification, horticulture practices, tree care, gardening techniques, and grounds equipment operation.
- Construction experience related to outdoor projects such as patios, walkways, retaining walls or other hardscape features preferred.
- Ability to operate grounds maintenance equipment safely; experience with company vehicle operation.
- Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills; capable of working with a crew and delegating tasks effectively.

Pay: $21.00 - $30.00 per hour
