Rush CPA & Associates is a growing CPA firm in Atlantic, Iowa, serving individuals, businesses, and a large base of agricultural clients across southwest Iowa. We’re hiring a Tax Accountant with a real path to future ownership in the firm, pay of $80,000–$100,000, and a summer schedule of four 7-hour days.

What you’ll do
- Prepare individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns
- Handle bookkeeping and payroll for business clients
- Research tax issues and communicate directly with clients
What we’re looking for
- Tax preparation experience (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred but not required
- Agricultural tax experience a plus
- Familiarity with ProSeries, QuickBooks Online, or Karbon a plus
