Job Summary
- Collaborates with all management staff to identify and deliver the required administrative support operations for the organization.
- Drafts and distributes statistical reports, analyses and exhibits to board members when required and to other regulatory government agencies.
- Develops, evaluates, and maintains management information with a vision for ensuing year.
- Maintains the organization's administrative policies and procedures manual
- Ensures the organization's compliance with applicable health, building, zoning, and safety licensing and certification requirements.
- Ensures the organization's compliance with FTA and INDOT as well as NEMT Providers.
- Serves as a member of the organization's key administrative decision-making and planning body.
- Collaborates with other administrative staff to draft and implement an annual administrative budget.
- Performs other related duties as assigned and participates in RCSC-RR activities and interacts with patrons, staff and community.
- Directs and oversees support staff.
- Conducts performance evaluations.
Required Skills
- Thorough understanding of the administrative office environment, recordkeeping systems, management information, and related protocals used in the organiztion.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional and tactful interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with a variety of personalities
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Education and Experience
- High School Diplomia or GED.
- Associates Degree perferred.
- Continued education in Human Resources, Management or Computers.
- Five years experience in administration.
- Three years experience in a supervisory capacity.

Pay: $30,000.00 per year
