Key Responsibilities
- Perform evaluations of patients physical and functional status
- Develop appropriate goals based on clinical findings
- Educate patients and families to support active participation in care
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, care managers, physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, etc. to provide coordinated, holistic care.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with departmental and regulatory standards.
- Contribute to a positive team environment that values respect, empathy, accountability, and innovation.
Qualifications
Position Requirements:
- Graduate of approved School of Occupational Therapy.
- Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Illinois.
- Certified in CPR through the American Heart Association.
- Enhancement Dollars for continuing education
