Position Summary
Rush Pediatrics Patient Service Representative proactively ensures an exceptional experience for patients when greeting, checking in, and checking out during their appointment; answers incoming phone calls, responds to general patient requests, and schedules patient appointments. Verifies insurance information, collects payments, and ensures appointments are scheduled properly.
40 Hours per Week: Shift times will vary, but will be during the following times: 7:45am-5:30pm (4 days a week), 9:45 am-7:30 pm (1 day a week), 1 Saturday per month 7:45am-12:15pm
This position may work in multiple locations: Rush Pediatrics & Family Medicine Oswego, Rush Pediatrics Aurora, & Rush Pediatrics Aurora Ridge.

Position Requirements
- Education and Previous Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Some college preferred.
- Hardware/Software Experience
- Practice management/medical billing computer programs.
- Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Word and Excel)
- Other Characteristics
