What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager, Physician Practice position at Rush Copley Medical Center?
Responsible for managing all aspects of the practice's operations, including but not limited to front office functions and staff, oversight of clinical staff and scheduling, patient flow, patient satisfaction, resource allocation, etc. The Practice Administrator is the leader of his/her practice and is responsible for not only daily operations but for identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to the practice, assisting in strategic planning and marketing initiatives and serving as the point person for all internal and external customers.

Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of three to four years previous experience managing all aspects of a medical practice required; previous experience in the same or similar specialty preferred.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products and physician office scheduling and billing software
- Strong communicator with ability to influence providers and staff.
