- Oversee kitchen operations, maintaining cleanliness, safety standards, and efficient workflow.
- Supervise kitchen staff or assistants when necessary, providing leadership and guidance to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Coordinate catering events or private dinners, managing timing, setup, and presentation to meet client expectations.
- Maintain accurate inventory management to minimize waste and control costs effectively.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper handling procedures at all times.
- Lead menu planning sessions that align with clients’ tastes while exploring new culinary trends.

Experience
- Proven experience in fine dining establishments or luxury hospitality environments with a focus on personalized service.
- Banquet experience and supervising experience are highly desirable.
- Background in dietary department work or specialized food production is advantageous.
- Strong leadership skills with prior team management experience in kitchen or food service settings.
- Extensive culinary training with a focus on food safety, food handling, and restaurant management principles.
