Job description/responsibilities:
- Facilitate business and functional requirements meetings.
- Gather and manage business and technical requirements from business & IT stakeholders, SMEs, and business analysts.
- Derive the Logical Solutions, working alongside the development team, Business users, and Product owner.
- Create User Stories, Functional Requirement documents, Process Flow documents
- Transforming business requirements into business models using UML diagrams such as Use Case, Data Flow, and Activity diagrams using MS Visio.
- Overseeing various kinds of testing such as Functional, Integration, and Regression testing, Smoke, and Sanity testing in the pre-production environment.
- Validate user stories post-completion of development and testing in QA and UAT environments.
- Responsible for creating end-user guides and documentation for business users.
