We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Shopify Order Entry Specialist to join our mail order team for Peak Season (Oct - Dec.). The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, managing, and tracking customer orders through our Shopify platform. This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong data entry skills, and an understanding of Shopify's order management system. This is a part-time, undefined role that will be trained by the Retail Manager and ultimately, a self-lead position.
Shopify is the global leader in E-Commerce and our order platform. It serves at the retail store’s database of all revenue generated, in-store and online. Shopify's intuitive and user-friendly interface makes it accessible even for beginners, even those unfamiliar with the platform.
This role is defined as part-time Flex; candidates should know that our business peaks in November and December and daily hours worked may vary based on workload. This is a Monday through Friday position. Candidates should expect 25-40 hours worked weekly during this timeframe, with potential lighter load in October and November based on start date.
