What You’ll Do:
Interns will start on the factory floor to gain hands-on understanding of our core production operations — from popping to packaging and quality assurance. This foundational experience helps interns understand our product and values from the inside out.
From there, interns will have the opportunity to transition into a specialized area based on their interests and strengths, such as:
- Marketing & Branding – Help shape our story, social media, and customer outreach.
- Operations & Logistics – Support supply chain, production scheduling, and process optimization.
- Quality Control & Continuous Improvement – Work alongside our team to maintain quality and test innovations. Fit Lean Six Sigma principles to our business model
- Engineering & Maintenance – Dive into equipment efficiency, automation, and facility improvements.
- Human Resources & Organizational Development – Assist in team building, recruiting, and training initiatives.
- Sales & Customer Relations – Connect with retail partners and learn B2B communication.
