- Possesses or qualifies for a Virginia License to teach with a specific endorsement in Chemistry/Biology.
- Possesses knowledge and skills in the assigned instructional area(s).
- Demonstrates enthusiasm for the teaching and learning process.
- Demonstrates the professional and personal characteristics necessary for working effectively with students, school personnel, parents, and school community members.
