The On-Site Apartment Manager is responsible for the daily oversight and operation of assigned apartment properties. This position ensures that buildings, grounds, and common areas are maintained in a safe and clean condition while supporting positive tenant relations and compliance with housing regulations and agency policies.
The on-site manager serves as contact for residents and may assist with, move-ins and move-outs, routine inspections, maintenance requests, and communication between tenants, maintenance staff, and agency leadership.

- [ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Maintain professional and respectful communication with residents while enforcing lease agreements, property rules, and agency policies.
- [ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Assist with leasing activities including unit showings, application coordination, and move-in and move-out processes.
- [ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Conduct move-in and move-out inspections and document property conditions and damages when applicable.
- [ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Maintain accurate tenant records, incident reports, and documentation of maintenance requests.
