  • Offered Wage Range:** $18.23-$19.71 per/hr.
  • Full Wage Range:** $18.23 - $48.59 per/hr.

**[Position Summary]{.underline}**

The On-Site Apartment Manager is responsible for the daily oversight and operation of assigned apartment properties. This position ensures that buildings, grounds, and common areas are maintained in a safe and clean condition while supporting positive tenant relations and compliance with housing regulations and agency policies.

The on-site manager serves as contact for residents and may assist with, move-ins and move-outs, routine inspections, maintenance requests, and communication between tenants, maintenance staff, and agency leadership.

**Property Management & Tenant Relations**

  • [ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Serve as a contact for tenants and respond to questions, concerns, and maintenance requests.
  • [ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Maintain professional and respectful communication with residents while enforcing lease agreements, property rules, and agency policies.
  • [ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Assist with leasing activities including unit showings, application coordination, and move-in and move-out processes.
  • [ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Conduct move-in and move-out inspections and document property conditions and damages when applicable.
  • [ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Maintain accurate tenant records, incident reports, and documentation of maintenance requests.
  • [ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Rent collection and submission

**Property Oversight & Maintenance**

  • [ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Conduct routine property inspections to ensure buildings and grounds meet safety and health standards.
  • [ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Monitor the condition of units, common areas, and exterior grounds and report maintenance needs.
  • [ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Coordinate with maintenance staff to schedule repairs and maintenance work.
  • Assist with preparing vacant units for occupancy including coordinating cleaning, minor repairs, painting, and inspections.
