This is a full-time, on-site role located in Onalaska, WI. Career Agents will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing tailored insurance solutions, and driving new business opportunities in the region. Daily responsibilities include conducting client consultations, developing customized insurance plans, and fostering a deep understanding of customer needs. Career Agents will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy servicing and exceptional client satisfaction, while actively participating in community engagement efforts.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proficiency in building and maintaining client relationships
- Ability to analyze customer needs to create customized insurance solutions
- Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service is highly beneficial
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently and on-site
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Resident insurance license in Wisconsin or willingness to obtain one (required)
- Knowledge of Wisconsin communities and markets is a plus
