Essential Qualities For Success
The pay range for this position is $15.25 -16.00 per hour and is bonus eligible. Exact compensation is determined by factors such as relevant geographic location, education, certifications, experience, job level, shift, and organizational needs. Eligible associates may also receive overtime pay in compliance with applicable laws. What You’ll Do
As an Accounts Payable Clerk II, you will receive, accurately and timely process assigned specialty vendors and/or the CFIN workflow, or other duties as assigned
- Responsible for processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries and reconciling vendor account
- Responsible for analyzing workflow processes and timely submitting invoice approvals for authorizations for payment
- Responsible for assigned specialty group of vendors and must accurately process and pay assigned specialty group vendors.
- Responsible for timey and accurately processing of invoices in CFIN
- Responsible for timely and accurately matching merchandise invoices to receipts in REIM.
- Responsible for timely and accurately creating merchandise invoices in REIM.
- Must be able to reason, investigate and report any duplicate invoicing to supervisors.
- Must be able to communicate in a professional manner to vendors and associates at our stores
- Must be able to resolve local vendor or expense vendor conflicts or know when to escalate to supervisor.
- Must timely process invoices for month end close

Essential Qualities For Success
- 2 years’ experience in Accounts Payable or as a bookkeeper
- Must have experience in accounting software, preferably Oracle
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Knowledge of retail business practices.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated behaviors must reflect integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Ability to maintain a seated or standing position for extended durations.
- Capability to lift 15 pounds periodically.
- Able to navigate and access all facilities.
- Skill to effectively communicate verbally with others, both in-person and via electronic devices.
- Close vision for computer-related tasks.
